Renters are entitled to a full refund (minus any processing fees) for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date, 75% refund for all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the rental start date (you pay 25%).
Tires: During the rental, tires are the responsibility of the renter.
Damage: All damages not noted on the departure form, but noted
later on the return form, will be reviewed and accessed upon return.
Security Deposit: A $600 security deposit is taken 2 days prior to rental start date and returned after the rental is there are no damages or overages.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED: If evidence of smoking is found an additional fee of $250 may be charged.
